Why 11 Below? Start with the oilfield and move to the craft brewing industry. There’s 42 gallons in a barrel of crude oil, but only 31 in a barrel of beer. Feel smart, now? This Houston brewery’s beers include 7-Iron, a blonde session ale, Oso Bueno, an American Amber, and one of our favorites, Color Blind, a red IPA.

This brewery is located in Houston’s growing East Houston near the Houston Dynamo MLS stadium, and some really old warehouses in a gritty area with awesome city views. 48 years after the Houston Astrodome was dubbed the 8 th Wonder of the World, our beer tour goes to this great brewery.

This family owned brewery owned by the Daniel’s family (mom, Pam, Dad, Ron, and sons Ben and Brent). The Conroe brewery, opened in 2013, is named for their love of the WWII bomber. This classic woodsy location is great for an afternoon hangout with beer, food and a great atmosphere.

Saints and sinners unite for this craft beer brewery located in Porter, Texas. The brewery is located in a renovated church, just north of Houston. They have a series of craft beers under the label of Saints: Blue Testament, Sweet Salvation, and Black Habit; and some under the label of Sinners: Satyr’s Swill,

The two guys who own BAKFISH, Brian and Kris, love beer and fish. And being on the Gulf Coast this makes their Pearland location very convenient. BAKFISH Brewing Company is Pearland’s first craft beer brewery.

One of our favorite heavy metal craft beer locations in Houston. This Houston brewery was started by Ben Fullelove (and he is!) who also owns the super awesome Petrol Station near Garden Oaks. Brash Brewing Company is unforgivingly sassy and smarmy.

This Houston brewery opened in 2011 and now with over 32 beers in their arsenal, Buff Brew is known for experimenting and pushing the limits. Their mission is to create beers that not only honor the pioneering history of Texas but to celebrate the adventurous spirit of Houston built on outlaws and invention.

This Conroe craft brewery is owned by Mark Earnest and his son, Seth, the head brewer. The brewery opened in late 2015. Seth interned with Saint Arnold Brewery for four years before opening up this cool space in Conroe. Located only a few blocks from Downtown Conroe our beer tour guests enjoy a small flight of beers samples

Located in historic Montgomery, Texas, inside The Sam Houston National Forest, this fun brewery has their own water supply from a very deep well that is the source for the unique taste of their beers. They don’t allow a lot folks to wander through so we’re honored to have our brewery tour guests enjoy such great craft beers like Breakaway IPA, Ryed Hard,

Located in an historic airplane hangar in Dickinson, Texas, this brewery serves up some Gulf Coast suds that are sure to please our craft beer tour guests. Start with their Sunny Day IPA and then add in the Hammerhead Scottish Ale,

These Houston folks all have beer backgrounds, from distribution, to importing and brewery operations. The place is called Karbach because of the street they are on – and ironically it’s the name of a village in Bavaria, too! They have six to eight beers in their ongoing line-up plus about nine more seasonal beers in rotation.

Owned by Heather and Blake Neiderhoffer, this pair has created a great atmosphere and space in the heart of Magnolia, Texas, just north of Houston. The craft beers they serve are awesome and it’s a great place to enjoy live music and a great atmosphere. They have an award- winning IPA called Yellow Rose

Beer lovers love (of course they do!) this Conroe brewery! Nestled into the woods with lots of room, Southern Star’s beers are a staple of our brewery tour and are sold all over Houston. The cavernous tap room is perfect for hanging out and beating the heat on a hot summer day.

Surf, sun and beer! Our friends at TBR know craft beer and they make great products, perfect for our beer tour guests on a Saturday beer bus tour. We love their Mexican IPA, but their Tex’s Blonde is pretty darn refreshing, too.
